Once a project is greenlit, we dive straight into Pre-Production. This phase begins with developing, refining, or confirming the creative vision, ensuring alignment with the client’s goals. Almost twenty years of experience working with multiple Fortune 500 Brands and scopes of all sizes help us understand the goals of the project and how we can best execute and bring value to the process every step along the way. Depending on the scope, this can involve visual references, scriptwriting, storyboarding, shot lists, scheduling, casting, and more.

We also prioritize assembling the right crew for the project from our trusted network of creatives we have built across the country. In addition, we will secure talent, lock in locations, and book the necessary equipment—laying the foundation for a seamless production process.

Our production days typically run 10 hours, carefully structured to maximize efficiency and capture as much high-quality content as possible.

This is where everything comes together! We follow a carefully planned post-production schedule to ensure a smooth workflow. For video, this includes editing, animation, color grading, sound design, and more. For photography, we focus on color correction, retouching, and cropping to deliver polished, high-quality visuals.
